· Open-Ended PU Timing / Synchronous Belts are manufactured through an extrusion process using thermoplastic polyurethane（TPU） and various reinforcing core wires. The combination of premium raw materials and advanced processes gives the product high strength and excellent flexibility. They are particularly suitable for linear motion systems and synchronous conveying systems. The length of each roll is according to customers' requirements (Generally Max.100m).

· Open-Ended PU Timing / Synchronous Belts can be spliced to any length by welding to meet conveying needs in various applications.

· During the production process, a layer of nylon can be added to either the tooth surface or the tooth back to ensure consistent running performance in specific applications. Additionally, a thicker polyurethane layer can be applied to the back of the belt to provide protection against corrosion and high loads.
