Product Details:
· Polyurethane Endless / Seamless Timing Belts are manufactured through an extrusion process using thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and continuous spiral-type reinforcing core wires. The combination of premium raw materials and advanced processes gives the product high-strength characteristics. They are particularly suitable for high-load conveying systems and power transmission systems.
· The TPU Endless / Seamless Timing Belts are truly seamless endless synchronous belts, with production lengths ranging from 2,500 mm to 25,000 mm.
· During production, the addition of a nylon coating on the teeth enhances running performance and significantly reduces friction and noise for specific applications.
· An additional coating of a specific thickness can be applied to the back of the belt, offering enhanced protection against corrosion for the belt's back surface.
